org ), the worldwide confederation of exoteric service backup unions. PSI and the European PSI Federation of Public Service Unions (EPSU www.epsu.org ) commission many of the reports of PSIRU. PSIRU is a constituent of the PRESOM and GOVAGUA networks, and coordinated the WATERTIME project, all funded by the European Commission.
